Marquise is certified in Muscular Hypertrophy, Sports Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, Mobility Coaching, and Pilates. Every in-person session will cater to developing your strength, agility, mobility, and core strength. Marquise is a stickler for results, so you can assure that when you’re in his presence that he will use everything he has to get you where you deserve to be! Sessions are one hour long.
